Zanzibar
Miza wa Miza is the name
of the bungalow settlement on the outskirts of the village of Bewejuu
on the East Coast of Zanzibar, only about 250 steps away from the
white and quite sandy beach.
This oasis of recuperation was established with loving care by
EM-Micro Organisms Technologie. The extraordinary lush vegetation
has surprised every guest, men or women. Of course ceramic-pipes
are placed in every water tank and well to prevent the growth of
algae and enhance the quality of the water.
There are five bungalows with washrooms and showers, a small seminar
house and a restaurant.
Ibrahim spoils the guests with his African cuisine which is well
known, not only in Zanzibar.
